We focus entirely on authentic Indonesian street food — real Javanese recipes (not adapted), slow-cooked depth, fresh on-site service, and generous portions every time. Plus 13+ years of catering experience behind every booking, and the only Indo food trailer in Adelaide.

Weddings, engagement parties, milestone birthdays, corporate lunches and functions, training days, sports clubs, school events, council and community gatherings, fundraisers, festivals, public markets, pubs, and wineries.

Send through your event date, guest count, and any dietaries via the Get Instant Quote form. We'll send a quote within 24 hours. A 25% deposit secures your booking, and the balance is paid 7 days before the event.

Our minimum booking is $1,500. Package guest minimums apply: 25 guests for The Office Spread, 40 for Ninin's Signature Feast, and 50 for The Wedding & Celebration Buffet.

Beef rendang, chicken satay, nasi goreng, mie goreng, homemade spring rolls, lemongrass chicken, seasonal vegetable dishes, and Indonesian desserts. All packages include house sambal, kecap manis, and peanut sauce.

Our slow-cooked Beef Rendang — 6+ hours, gluten-free, and the dish people come back for.

House peanut sauce (made fresh in our kitchen), sambal, kecap manis, soy sauce, and oyster sauce — all part of every package. Oyster sauce can be removed for seafood allergies, just let us know.

Yes. Vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options are available across every package. Confirm on enquiry and we'll plan accordingly.

Slow-cooked items (like rendang) are prepared in our kitchen, but fresh-cooked items (satay, spring rolls, fried rice) are cooked on-site or in the trailer during your event for maximum freshness.

The trailer arrives early, sets up on-site, and serves directly to your guests. We handle power, food safety, and bump-out. The client provides reasonable access and a suitable setup area.
