The Terms, Straight Up.

The terms and conditions that apply when you book Ninin's Indo Street Food. No fine-print games. Just the things both sides need to know before we cook for your event.

Accepting These Terms

What You're Agreeing To.

These Terms & Conditions apply to every booking made with Ninin's Indo Street Food. By paying a deposit or confirming a catering booking with us, you accept these terms.

If anything's unclear, ask us before you book โ€” we'd rather sort it now than later.

Bookings & Deposits

How We Lock It In.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is payable 7 days before your event.

Our minimum booking is $1,500. Guest minimums apply per package:

The Office Spread requires 25 guests minimum. Ninin's Signature Feast requires 40 guests minimum. The Wedding & Celebration Buffet requires 50 guests minimum.

If your event is below a package minimum, get in touch and we'll talk through options.

Quotes & Pricing

What You See Is What You Pay.

Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued. Prices include GST unless stated otherwise.

Final pricing is based on confirmed guest numbers, which must be locked in at least 7 days before your event. After that point, guest numbers can be increased but not reduced โ€” the quote stands.

Travel fees may apply for events beyond Adelaide metro and will be confirmed in your quote before booking.

Changes & Cancellations

Life Happens. Here's How We Handle It.

Changes to your booking โ€” guest numbers, dietary requirements, or event details โ€” must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event. We'll do our best to accommodate late changes, but can't guarantee them.

Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 14 days before your event forfeit the 25% deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of your event are non-refundable, and the full balance remains payable.

If we need to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule โ€” whichever works for you.

Dietaries & Allergies

Tell Us What Your Guests Need.

Gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options are available across all packages. Dietary requirements must be confirmed at the time you lock in final guest numbers (7 days before the event).

We take care to manage allergens and cross-contamination, but our kitchen handles a wide range of ingredients including peanuts, gluten, dairy, and soy. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. If a guest has a severe allergy, please let us know on enquiry so we can talk through what's possible.

Delivery & Service

What We Need From The Venue.

We service Adelaide metro and surrounds. For trailer service or on-site catering, the client is responsible for:

Reasonable vehicle access to the setup location. A suitable, level area for the buffet or trailer setup. Access to power if required (we'll confirm specifics during booking). Any venue permits, council permissions, or site approvals needed for catering at your chosen location.

If access or setup conditions on the day are significantly different from what was agreed, additional fees may apply.

Food Safety

Cooked Properly. Served Hot.

We follow Australian food safety standards and prepare all food in line with current health regulations. Once food is served, it's the client's responsibility to manage leftover handling and storage โ€” we recommend leftovers be refrigerated within two hours or discarded.

We're not responsible for any issues that arise from food being mishandled, stored incorrectly, or consumed beyond reasonable service time after the event.

Payment Terms

Simple And On Time.

Deposit (25%) is payable upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is payable 7 days before your event date.

Payments can be made by bank transfer โ€” details provided on your quote and invoice.

Late payment of the balance may result in cancellation of your booking, with the deposit forfeited.

Liability

What We're Responsible For.

We take pride in delivering safe, high-quality food and reliable service. Our liability for any claim related to your booking is limited to the value of the catering services provided.

We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: extreme weather, venue or council issues, third-party supplier failures, power outages at the event site, or guest illness arising from causes outside our food preparation.

Photography

Photos From Your Event.

We may take photos of our food, setup, and the trailer at your event for use on our website and social media. We don't photograph guests directly without permission. If you'd prefer we don't take any photos at your event, just let us know on enquiry and we'll respect that.

Governing Law

South Australian Law Applies.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of South Australian courts.
